To facilitate the placement of workers according to their physical, mental and emotional abilities /capabilities in work where they can perform with an acceptable degree of efficiency and without endangering their own health and safety or threat of another.

SECURITY POLICY

RIVERDRILL NIGERIA LIMITED security of lives and property as a paramount importance to the company. As a result therefore MEASURE AND PROCEDURES have been put in place to ensure security confidence while at work.
It is also the desired intention of the company to always avoid use of force in achieving security. However, in strict situation the law enforcement agent is used to ensure security.

DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY

The purpose of this statement is to define the Company's position regarding drug and alcohol in the workplace and to prevent the problem caused by drugs and alcohol, thereby providing our employees with a safe working environment.

The use or possession of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia or alcohol by any employee on duty is prohibited.

The only exception shall be for properly used prescription drugs prescribed by a licensed physician as medication for use by the person possessing such substance, and the use or possession of alcohol or intoxicating beverages unless specially authorized by Management.

COMMUNITY AFFAIRS POLICY

In line with our policy to promote local content and ensure peaceful co-existence with our host communities as well as promote a crisis-free work environment RIVERDRILL NIGERIA LIMITED shall always encourage negotiations through dialogue and consultation with appropriate and relevant community heads, Chiefs and Youth bodies.
To incorporate and engage members of the host communities in our operations where they can be useful and as such provide them with employment opportunity.

To ensure compliance with all management agreed terms with relevant host Community representatives.
