Intellistern is a Nigerian company that was established in 2008 with an international approach, helping to navigate challenging terrain and creating products and services that will help shape the future of businesses. Currently, Intellistern Associates is in a Public Private Partnership with the Rivers State Government on the management and running of a World Class Emergency Call Centre to respond to emergencies that may arise in any part of the state. It is a project which enables members of the public in the state to call the emergency number 112 whenever there is an emergency for prompt response and rescue operations. This service enables callers to call from any phone line within the state.

PENENERGY LIMITED
Penenergy was formed by oil industry management
professionals to provide comprehensive support in all areas
of procurement activity to the energy sector. The services offered were built on the solid foundations of experience and professional training.

The key contributors to the company's effectiveness include oilfield materials knowledge, direct and extensive experience in supporting E&P operations in West Africa, the FSU and U.K North Sea, international supply base knowledge, project management, best practice procurement, and an extensive experience of international commercial procedures.

Pen Energy procurement activities are carried out from their London HQ giving them easy access to global markets and strategically positioning the company to support major oil production fields in West Africa, Middle East and the Caspian region.
